Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill pediatric patients, implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver high-acuity pediatric care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR (required)
• Adhere to facility dress code: navy blue scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of PICU/CVICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Pediatric CVICU background specifically required for this role
• Candidates must not reside in ineligible local counties — local candidates are not being accepted for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume, academic medical center environment
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in high-acuity pediatric populations
• Familiarity with cardiovascular conditions and post-operative pediatric care
