Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Every Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at a Level I trauma facility, maintaining a 1:2 patient ratio
• Float between multiple ICU settings as needed, including NICU (Level IV), TICU, PICU, and CICU across two campuses
• Operate Servo ventilators and collaborate with Respiratory Therapy staff present in each ICU
• Administer and manage ICU drips, medications, and vasopressors in accordance with clinical protocols
• Float to general care areas when no ICU need exists
• Participate in holiday rotation — candidates must be available to work either Thanksgiving or Christmas; availability for both holidays off will result in disqualification

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license — license must be in hand at time of submittal
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum experience in a Level I trauma facility required
• Experience with ICU drips, vasopressors, and standard ICU medications required
• ASAP start — candidates must be available to begin immediately
• This is a nicotine-free facility; candidates will be tested for cotinine/nicotine

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred, but not required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Cross-trained experience across multiple ICU specialties (NICU Level IV, TICU, PICU, CICU)
• First-time travelers accepted if resume demonstrates the required clinical skills
