Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a critical care setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions with a focus on critical decision-making
• Administer medications and manage intravenous (IV) therapy as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and patient progress

Requirements of the RN - PICU

• Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care required
