Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Float to other units including NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical/surgical as needed, with appropriate assignments provided
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in compliance with facility policies and float expectations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes in a high-acuity pediatric environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio State RN license or Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience (first-time travelers considered with closer to 3 years of experience)
• Recent Level 1 facility experience required
• Willingness and ability to float to various units per facility expectations
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
• 2 supervisory references required at time of submission, with at least one reference holding a manager or supervisor title

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in NICU, CV PICU, Emergency Department, or stepdown units
• Prior travel nursing experience in a pediatric setting
