Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Educate families on patient care and health management
Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care
Current RN license in California
Previous experience in Pediatric Intensive Care
BLS and PALS certifications
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
