The role requires floating between various facilities as needed. The positions are full-time, requiring 36 hours per week. Shifts include 12-hour day shifts. Weekends are required every other week. The assignment is for a specified time period. Nurses are expected to provide family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. This includes utilizing the nursing process in their practice. Nurses will be accountable for professional practice and will collaborate with other health team members.
