Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:45 - 19:15)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required
License: Active nursing license required
Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS required
Must-Have: Experience in various pediatric surgical procedures, including neuro, ortho, plastics, eyes, GU/GI, ENT, general, and some GYN, spine, and dental.
Description:
The position involves providing nursing care in the pediatric operating room.
The role requires proficiency in scrubbing and circulating in various surgical specialties.
The ideal candidate must possess skills in infection control and the administration of blood products.
The role may require floating to all pediatric medical/surgical units and potentially to the ICU as a registered nurse assistant.
Candidates must be willing to be on-call as required.
The daily census in the unit is approximately 50 patients.
The unit has 16 staffed beds and supports diverse surgical services.
Float assignments within the service line are expected.
Additional interdisciplinary support services are available to assist in patient care.
Candidates must meet compliance requirements for certifications and orientation before starting.
