Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates should hold a valid RN license. BLS certification from AHA is required. This position involves on-call responsibilities: one weekend every 6-8 weeks and one weeknight call per week. Holiday on-call duties are required as needed. Experience in kidney transplants is essential. The role includes various pediatric surgical procedures and requires knowledge of advanced nursing practices in a surgical environment.
