License: Current RN license in California Certifications: BSN, AHA BLS Must-Have: - 2 years OR experience required (can be a mix of adult/pediatric) - Ability to float to other facilities - Proficiency in laparoscopic surgery and scrubbing surgical procedures - Charge experience preferred - Trauma Level I experience preferred Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Pediatric Operating Room. The nurse will provide care for neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures. Daily activities will include scrubbing for various surgical cases, assisting physicians, and ensuring patient safety. Candidates should possess a solid skill set in pediatric surgery and demonstrate competency in multiple surgical specialties. Familiarity with a variety of surgical diagnoses is essential. The Registered Nurse will work within a supportive interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
