Travel Nurse RN - Pediatric OR - $3,177 per week in Boston, MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Pediatric Operating Room setting required. License: MA RN required. Certifications: BLS, PALS required. Must-Have: Pediatric OR experience is required. Previous charge experience preferred. Travel experience is required. Description: The main operating room is seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse. Proficiency in the operating room is essential. The level of acuity is high. Short call coverage is required up to three times every six weeks. Expect up to four off shifts every six weeks. One weekend shift and one weekend call will be required every six weeks. Holiday shift and call coverage may be needed by the unit. The average short-call duration is two hours after the end of the regular shift. Pediatric OR experience is required, including procedures such as cleft lip/cleft palate repair and tonsillectomy/adenoid procedures. Experience with trauma level I is required, while trauma level II is preferred. The patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatrics. Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory services and rapid response teams.
