Travel Nurse RN - Pediatrics - $2,257 per week in Portland, OR

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year pediatric nursing experience required License: Valid Compact RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Pediatric experience is required. Must have a vehicle for this assignment. Description: This position requires a Pediatric PACU RN. The candidate will float between units based on skill sets. Floating to other facilities may be required to meet operational needs. The expected patient ratio is 1:1. Previous charge nurse experience is preferred. Experience in charting with Epic is required. The unit cares for neonates, infants, and adolescents in a pediatric pre/post-operative setting. Procedures may include those from various surgical specialties such as orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, and others. There is no on-call or weekend requirement stipulated. The facility is a short-term acute care center and serves a diverse pediatric population. Travelers must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays. Refusal to float between facilities may result in termination of the assignment.
