Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN nursing experience required
• At least 1 year of recent Epic EMR experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Strong pediatric clinical skills and a patient-focused approach
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing patient care needs
• Willingness to float as needed within qualified areas

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients
• Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
• Administer medications, treatments, and supportive interventions per plan of care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support quality outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care experience
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, safety practices, and unit expectations
