Job Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of labor experience, including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS required
• ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required
• Preferred: Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE
• Epic proficiency required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be comfortable traveling between multiple points of care and using a personal automobile for work assignments
• Strong adaptability and a flexible schedule approach are important for success in this travel nursing role

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to pediatric and LDRP patients
• Support labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care as needed
• Monitor patients using fetal monitoring and other clinically appropriate assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document accurately and efficiently in the Epic electronic health record system
• Adapt to changing unit needs and provide quality care across assigned patient populations
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility while working rotating weekends and dynamic schedules
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety, communication, and support for families
