Overview
Seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiac ICU RN to provide specialized care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with congenital and acquired cardiac conditions in a high-acuity pediatric cardiac care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Monitor hemodynamic status and telemetry
- Care for post-operative congenital heart surgery and critically ill cardiac patients
- Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver family-centered care
Requirements
- Active New York RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Pediatric Cardiac Care experience
- Pediatric Cardiac Care experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Strong critical care and pediatric assessment skills
Certifications (Required)
- BLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS
