    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Pediatrics RN in Seattle, Washington, 98105!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Pediatric PACU

    Location

    Seattle, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract (13 Weeks) | Days/Evenings | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Start times between 6:30 AM and 1:00 PM | Occasional weekends | On-call requirement of 4 hours per 6-week period

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide Phase 1 and Phase 2 post-anesthesia recovery care for pediatric patients
    • Manage central lines and care for tracheostomy patients as part of routine PACU duties
    • Monitor and assess acutely ill pediatric patients across a wide variety of post-surgical and procedural cases
    • Respond to on-call assignments within 1 hour of notification as required by unit staffing guidelines
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient transitions through the recovery process
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of PACU experience with at least 30–40% pediatric patient population
    • Demonstrated experience with central line management and tracheostomy patients
    • Active Washington State RN license or Compact RN license (candidates without a Washington license must be willing to apply upon offer)
    • Current BLS and PALS certifications required
    • Willingness to meet on-call requirements consistent with staff nurse expectations
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with IV insertion, ventilator management, and tracheostomy care
    • Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery care experience in multiple practice settings with a wide variety of acutely ill patient types, preferably in an academic setting
    • Prior travel nursing experience
    • Epic EMR experience
