Glendale, Arizona | Phoenix Children’s

Join Phoenix Children’s in a Pediatric Operating Room assignment based primarily at the Arrowhead campus, with floating between multiple Phoenix-area campuses as needed.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Pediatric OR RN
• Primary Campus: Arrowhead – Glendale, AZ
• Floating: May float between:
  • Phoenix Children’s Main Campus – Phoenix, AZ
  • Avondale Campus – Avondale, AZ
• Patient Population: Pediatric surgical patients

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of Pediatric OR experience

Required License

• Active Arizona RN license, or
• Compact RN license with multistate privileges
• Must meet Arizona licensure requirements prior to start

Required Certifications

• BLS – AHA
• PALS – AHA

Vaccination Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination: Recommended, not required
• Flu vaccination: Required during respiratory virus season, October through April
• Flu exemptions must be approved by Phoenix Children’s prior to start
• Unvaccinated clinicians may be required to follow masking and declination protocols during respiratory virus season
