- Required Qualifications: Valid TN (Tennessee) or Compact nursing license; a minimum of 2 years experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) with Cardiac PICU skills; current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a childrens hospital setting; familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position demands experience with pediatric cardiac care and critical care procedures. Candidates must be able to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity environments and work independently within established protocols.
