Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, focusing on critical care aspects.
• Manage patients recovering from cardiac surgery in a Level Three-CICU environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to perform timely and efficient patient assessments and interventions.
• Float to other units as required to meet staffing needs while ensuring high-quality care.
• Adhere to hospital polices by working rotating 12-hour shifts, covering weekends as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with 6 years' experience in CICU.
• Current Colorado RN license or multi-state compact license.
• Certification in PALS, ACLS, and BLS is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dedicated Pediatric ICU or CICU environment.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• CCRN certification and VAD experience are preferred.
