Job Overview

The Pediatric Cardiac Care Center (PCCC) provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, and long-term follow-up care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with acquired and congenital cardiac conditions. The nursing team specializes in caring for patients with complex and rare congenital cardiac disorders. The PCCC is the only pediatric cardiac care center in Western New York.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
• Active New York RN License (NY License only)
• Recent Pediatric Cardiac Care/CVICU experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Must be comfortable working rotating Day/Evening/Night 12-hour shifts

Required Certifications

• BLS – American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS – American Heart Association (AHA)
• PALS – American Heart Association (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Required Skills
