Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification, at least 1 year of pediatric intensive care experience, and ability to work in the specified location.
Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and trauma nursing certification are preferred.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The role involves delivering specialized pediatric critical care following standard operating procedures (SOP) with a focus on patient safety and family support. Candidates should be familiar with crisis management protocols and pediatric emergencies.
