Travel Nurse RN - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op - $1,774 per week in Atlanta, GA

Job Title: PACU RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Duration: Full-Time Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty License: Registered Nurse Certifications: Required AHA ACLS & BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Cerner Experience Description: The PACU RN position requires a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. Candidates must hold current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications. NIHSS certification is required for this role. Experience with Cerner is essential. The unit operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call coverage is required on holidays. The unit handles higher acuity cases, including thoracic, orthopedic, neurology, vascular, urology, and general surgery. A Charge Nurse and Supervisor oversee the unit. Candidates must be willing to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
