Schedule: Seasonal travel assignment, 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM shift, schedule varies based on surgery volumeHighlights:- Multi-site PACU environment with 59 total bays across three recovery areas supporting diverse surgical specialties- High-volume neuro cases including stroke patients, interventional radiology, TAVR procedures, and critical care overflow- Comprehensive surgical case mix: spine, general, GI, colorectal, total joints, GYN, and robotics-assisted procedures- ASPAN-compliant staffing ratios: typically 1 RN to 2 patients (up to 3 for same-day surgery patients)- GE Monitors and Meditech EMR system- Outstanding employee satisfaction rating of 91%Requirements:- Active Colorado RN license or multistate compact license- Minimum 1 year of current hospital PACU experience (required)- Current PALS, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications- Stroke care experience preferred- Critical care or additional PACU experience highly desirable- Flexible, outgoing personality with ability to adapt to varied assignmentsWhy It's a Great Opportunity:This seasonal travel position offers the chance to work in a high-performing PACU department with exceptional team satisfaction and diverse clinical exposure.
