Job Description:
Looking for a PACU RN who can provide attentive post-operative care and help patients recover safely after surgery. You will monitor patients during recovery, manage pain control, and respond quickly to changing conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery
- Assess patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and pain management treatments
- Respond to post-operative complications and emergencies
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of PACU experience
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recovery environment
