Patient ratios are 1:2. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The role involves being cross-trained in ICU, though travelers will not take ICU patients. On-call responsibilities include every third weekend, either 12 or 24 hours, and potentially 2-4 nights weekly. This position requires active participation in patient care while ensuring high standards of practice.
