Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

Provide comprehensive post-operative recovery care for patients
Manage ventilators, multiple drips, spinal drains, and lines
Implement strong assessment skills to monitor patient progress
Support patient flow and coverage as part of a multidisciplinary team
Float between Pre-op, Phase I, and Phase II recovery areas as needed

Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

Active RN license
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Minimum 2 years of complex post-op recovery experience
Strong ICU level skills required
Must be self-driven, flexible, and willing to learn
