Travel Nurse RN - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op - $2,297 per week in Portland, OR

Job Title: PACU/Short Stay RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PACU Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Must have a vehicle for this assignment Description: This position is a shared role between the recovery room and the short stay pre-op and post-op areas. One shift per week will be in recovery, and two shifts per week will be in short stay. Floating between units is required based on skill sets. On-call duty is required one night per week and one weekend per four-week schedule. Weekend work is only required when on-call. The expected patient ratios are 1:2-3. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Communication devices needed for duties will be provided at no cost. All time spent on modules is included in non-billable hours.
