Travel Nurse RN - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op - $2,374 per week in Fullerton, CA

Experience in Phase I (Hardstop) and II recovery is required. Strong background in ophthalmology is essential for this role. The candidate must be open to working 3 of 5 major holidays. Post-shift call is required from 1800 to 2100, with varying frequency based on departmental needs. Ratios are 1:2 for patient care. First-time travelers are accepted with 5 years of PACU experience. The candidate must have experience with the Epic charting system. No requests for scheduling changes due to additional employment will be accepted. Request for time off must be included at the time of application. The facility can call off once per two-week pay period. No weekend requirements are indicated for this position. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of the contract. Two references covering one year of experience are required during the compliance process. Candidates must respond to inquiries related to previous employment for clarity. Travelers are responsible for their own communication devices unless provided by the client. No direct communication with facility contacts is allowed unless for an agreed interview. The job requires a thorough understanding of outpatient surgical procedures and post-operative care.
