Travel Nurse RN - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op - $2,732 per week in Clarkston, WA

Job Title: RN - Operating Room / Circulate, Post Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room / Circulate, Post Anesthesia Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4 days, 10 hours Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in SSSU/PACU/PRE/POST License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Strong skills in Pre, Post, PACU, Phase II, Endoscopy, and Infusion Description: We are recruiting for an RN to start as soon as possible. Candidates must have strong skills in the following areas: Pre-operative, Post-anesthesia care, PACU, Phase II, Endoscopy, and Infusion. The schedule consists of 4 days working 10-hour shifts with a variable schedule and shared on-call rotation. A minimum of two years’ experience in SSSU, PACU, pre-operative, and post-operative care is required. Charge nurse experience is preferred. The nursing care responsibilities include floating to the entire outpatient services area, which may involve day surgery, endoscopy lab, PACU, and pre-operative clinic duties. Candidates should utilize nursing assessment skills to provide peri-operative education and care, as well as recognizing post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.
