MUST WORK 2 OUT OF 3 OF THE HOLIDAY BUNDLES:
Thanksgiving & the day after,
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day,
New Year's Eve & New Year's Day.
No RQI Certifications accepted.
48s required.
No local candidates accepted within 100 miles.
Pre/Post Cath lab procedures required.
Pre/Post IR procedures required.
COVID Vaccine: optional.
Facility is required to report COVID vaccine numbers.
Upload vaccination series or declination.
Ratios: 1:2.
First-timers accepted upon screening.
Weekend requirements: One per month.
Is on-call required? Yes, 1-2 call overnight shifts monthly.
PACU nurses will float to the holding area in the PACU department.
Nurse to patient ratio can be 1:3-5.
These patients are equivalent to an inpatient floor assignment.
Highly recommend clinicians with Phase II PACU experience.
Must be accustomed to increased nurse to patient ratios.
Travel compliance documentation must be submitted 10 days prior to start.
Max 7 days preferred for requested time off.
No requested time off during the first 7 days of contract or last day of contract.
Most units offer 36 or 48 hours.
Travelers are required to have 1-2 years minimum experience.
Orientation modules may be billable.
Travelers without certain certifications must complete in-person training during orientation week.
