Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12 Hours, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting
- Participate in rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage
- Support nursing students and contribute to clinical education alongside standard care duties
- Adhere to census-based scheduling adjustments as directed by the facility
- Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with all facility requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of PACU experience required
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Traveler's permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the facility's service area
- Must be available to complete drug testing within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience supporting clinical nursing student education in an acute care environment
