Key Responsibilities- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in a 16-bed PACU unit, maintaining a 1:2 patient ratio
- Monitor and manage patients using bedside monitors and arterial lines (a-lines)
- Document patient care and clinical data accurately using the Meditech documentation system
- Collaborate with anesthesia team during intubation procedures and other advanced interventions
- Participate in call rotations as part of scheduling requirements
- Uphold patient experience standards in accordance with OAS CAHPS requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU or PACU experience
- Demonstrated ICU-level skill set
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with call rotation; no floating required
- Navy blue scrubs required as unit dress code
Preferred Experience / Skills- CCRN or CAPA certification preferred
- Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
- Familiarity with a-line monitoring and bedside critical care equipment
