Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 4 x 10-hour shifts | Monday–Friday with variable off day | Start times 5:30 AM (6:00 AM on Wednesdays)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care exclusively within the pre-operative area
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures in accordance with facility protocols
- Perform pre-operative assessments and document patient status accurately
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient readiness
- Monitor and respond to patient needs throughout the pre-operative process
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in a pre-operative or perioperative nursing setting
- BLS certification required
- Strong patient assessment and clinical documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a PACU or surgical services environment
- Familiarity with pre-operative workflows in a high-volume surgical setting
