Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
- Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff at the unit level
- Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in Med/Surg nursing
- Demonstrated ability to assess and plan patient care independently
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a PACU or surgical center setting
- Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role
