Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU

Location

Denton, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 06:45–19:15 (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in a PACU setting
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Fulfill call requirements including 1st and 2nd call on both weekdays and weekends (averaging approximately 9 call shifts per 6-week period)
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of current experience in an Acute PACU setting
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Active PALS certification required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with both adult and pediatric post-anesthesia care
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities in a fast-paced surgical environment
