Job Title: Registered Nurse – PACU

As a pivotal member of the healthcare team, you will lead and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and fostering a culturally sensitive approach. Pay: $2,240 Weekly
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience in a hospital or similar setting
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear professional interaction
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate educational strategies
- Demonstrated leadership in delegating and managing multidisciplinary team resources
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices
- Ability to adapt communication and care approaches for diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Critical Care, Nephrology)
Other Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to perform heavy physical tasks, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 25 pounds frequently
- Experience working with patients in critical or acute care settings
- Must be able to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
- Must adhere to safety protocols and occupational health standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials
