Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care
Provide post-anesthetic care to patients recovering from surgery
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition
Administer medications as prescribed
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient status
Ensure patient comfort and safety during recovery
Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care
Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications
Previous experience in PACU or critical care
