Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Shifts — 5 x 8-hour day shifts with variable start times; call coverage required on nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekday call begins after 4:00 PM through 6:30–7:00 AM. Holiday and weekend call is 24 hours, averaging approximately one weekend every three weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative and/or PACU nursing care across rotating shifts with variable start times
• Perform scrub and circulating roles in the operative setting
• Participate in on-call coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in the pre- and post-anesthesia care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated scrub and circulating experience in a perioperative setting
• Limited or no requested time off (RTO) during the contract period preferred
