Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis in the PACU or Pre-Op setting
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and ensure appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Arizona (or compact eligibility)
• Experience in PACU or Pre-Op nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care planning skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care or teaching hospital environment
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate care to clinical staff
• Familiarity with resource management in a fast-paced inpatient setting
