Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) | Onsite | Projected Start: September 7, 2026
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures including craniotomies and orthopedic surgeries
Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 depending on patient acuity and condition
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary team members during day shift operations
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
Participate in on-call rotation with a required 30-minute response time when on call
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU experience
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with Meditech EMR
Flexibility with scheduling and hours
Ability to remain calm under pressure with a strong focus on patient experience
