Description:
This is a travel position for a registered nurse in postpartum care.
The unit typically has 25 beds.
Staff includes 1 clinical nurse coordinator and 4-5 nurses on the day shift.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is approximately 1:5-6.
The unit utilizes EMR Meditech and CPN for patient care documentation.
Candidates with mother-baby experience will be prioritized.
Typical procedures include caring for postpartum mothers and performing gynecological surgeries.
The best personality fit for this role is warm and bubbly.
Nurses work every other weekend with no on-call responsibilities.
Scrubs should be royal blue in color.
