Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Postpartum care for a 13-week travel contract in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Postpartum
Oversee care for postpartum mothers and their newborns, ensuring safety and comfort
Maintain a 1:4 couplet care ratio within the unit
Conduct non-stress tests, and manage cases involving hyperemesis and insulin drips
Administer magnesium and heparin drips as per medical protocols
Requirements of the RN - Postpartum
Current BLS certification
Experience or training in Labor/Delivery or Antepartum is preferred
NRP Advanced Provider certification is required
