- SD or Compact License - IN HAND, REQUIRED
- Shift: 8D - No Call, No Weekends
- Length: 13 Weeks, 40 Hours
- Flu Documentation is REQUIRED. No Personal/Medical Declinations. Flu Religious Declinations will be reviewed by Avera Health.
