Required Qualifications: Valid California RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Epic electronic health record experience; current certifications with valid expiration dates; at least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a surgical or pre-operative setting, additional certifications, or specialized training in perioperative care.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with patient assessment, medication administration, patient education, and documentation using electronic health records. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and perioperative standards.
Submission Requirements: All candidates must complete onboarding within 3-5 days of contract signing; submit 7-year work history verification and references that meet specified criteria.
