# Job Opportunity – Progressive Cardiac Care Unit RN – Texas**Start Date:** September 22, 2026 **Location:** Arlington, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day or Night Shift available; Patient ratios 1:5 for PCU level, 1:6 for MST level; No on-call requirementHighlights:

• 34-bed Progressive Cardiac Care Unit in a main hospital building
• Recently designated as the official trauma PCU for the facility
• Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
• Standard PCU equipment including VS machines, EKG, bladder scanning, glucometers, and continuous pulse oximetry
• Floating within scope of practice only
• Opportunity to work with a team committed to upskilling and professional development

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas or compact state
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• PCCN, TNCC, or TCAR certifications (preferred)
• Previous ICU/PCU level of care experience (preferred)
• Precepting experience (preferred)
• Experience with typical procedures including Foley and NGT insertions and wound care
