Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $1,819 per week in Nashville, TN

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Med/surg experience Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit. The unit has 12 beds and provides a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for med/surg and PCU patients. Staffing includes Charge RNs, RNs, and Patient Care Technicians. The type of equipment used includes ventilators, specialty beds, and occasionally Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT). Documentation is done using Meditech. Scheduling requires a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule, with schedules being set for 4 weeks. Contract labor will float first when floating is necessary. Required certifications are BLS and ACLS. The required uniform for this position is navy scrubs. Unit guidelines and policies are available for review.
