Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry Step-Down – Georgia

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Georgia

Schedule: High-acuity telemetry step-down unit with ratios of 3-4:1 in IMCU and 5-6:1 in Telemetry/Medical-Surgical units with PCT assistance. Fast-paced environment requiring independent clinical judgment.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Georgia or compact state eligibility
• Strong telemetry and step-down experience required
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients independently in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to float between telemetry, telemetry medical-surgical, and medical-surgical units
• Experience with Cerner charting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
