Ideal staffing on night shift when unit is full is 1 Charge Nurse, 3 Registered Nurses, and 1-2 Patient Care Technicians. Patient Ratios: 4:1. Type of equipment used: EMR Meditech. No on-call requirement. Floating requirement in rotation. Most recruited for: Travel Registered Nurses, local Patient Care Technicians, and sitters. Candidates with teamwork and a positive attitude will be preferred. Typical procedures performed on the unit will be included in orientation.
