Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN – Tennessee

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. Self-scheduling available within reason to balance staffing. Block scheduling available for night shift. Schedule finalized 2 weeks in advance with ability to request days off as needed.

• Comprehensive PCU drip experience including Dopamine, Dobutrex, Nitro, Heparin, Cardizem, Lidocaine, Milrinone, Amiodarone, Cardene, Labetalol, Insulin, and Precedex
• Equipment includes Welch Allyn dynamaps, Phillips telemetry and MP2, Pyxis, Alaris pumps, Hill-Rom beds, iMobile devices, and MobiLab

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Cardiac/telemetry experience required
• Progressive Care Unit and/or critical care experience preferred
• Advanced skills: IV insertion, chest tube management, DHT insertion/management, tracheostomy care, CVC management, EKG interpretation, Foley management, and early patient mobility
• Experience with complex patient populations including sepsis, stroke, MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, post-cardiac catheterization, DKA, CVA, respiratory failure, GI bleed, and post-operative cardiac surgery patients
