Number of Beds : 12
Patient Ratios: ICU patients 2:1. Med/surg and pcu patients 4:1
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge RN, RNs, PCT
Type of equipment : Ventilators, specialty beds, occasionally CRRT
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks).
Floating policy: Contract labor floats first
Patient Experience requirements: med/surg experience
