Pay Rate: $1900 to $2100/week
Job Description:
Looking for a PCU RN who can balance critical thinking with compassionate care. You will work with patients who need close monitoring but not intensive care, making you a key player between ICU and med-surg.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients with moderate to high acuity
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Provide patient and family education
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of PCU or stepdown experience
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS required
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
